Release Notes
VWMA Supertrend for identifying good entry points.Divides the fast VWMA by slow VWMA and multiplies by the close price to give a mountain-style price showing possible entries.
For example:
- When the price line is inside the red area, the price is likely to correct upwards in the short term.
- When the price line is inside the blue area, the price is likely to correct downwards in the short term.
The strength of the change in relation to the long term trend can be seen in how much the blue line diverges from the price line and green line:
- More divergent: the price is moving away from the long term trend and the trend is likely to continue for short while.
- More convergent: the price is moving toward the long term trend or the trend could be about to change.
For example:
- If the price has recently moved up (bullish), but the blue line is now failing to make new highs above the price line and the blue line diverges from the price when the blue line is below the green line, the long term trend could be changing bearish.
- Similarly, if the price has recently moved downards (bearish), but the blue line is now failing to make new lows below the price line and the blue line diverges from the price when the blue line is above the green line, the long term could be changing bullish.
