A Momentum indicator based on RSI.
Usage:
1. RSI divergence and hidden divergence
2. RSI over-sell and over-bought
3. 1st order info: when rsi>0, background is green; when rsi<0, red
4. 2nd order info: when rsi increases, rsi line is green; when decreases, rsi is red.
