Zone at Period time
Mark a zone every day at given period of time.
Has 4 time inputs:
- fromHour: start time of the period.
-fromMinute: minute of start of period
- toHour: period end time
-toMinute: final minute of the period
With "weekdaysOnly" it is determined if weekends are ignored.
