Williams %R indicator with Bollinger Bands.
A bound oscillator from a formula by Larry Williams.
The oscillator ranges from 0 to -100. Overbought is at -20 and oversold is -80.
You can change the %R period, toggle the Bollinger Bands on and off and change the Bollinger Band period.
