Updated ETHBTC Happier Doggo TPI strategy
A new ETHBTC strategy as there hasn't been one posted for a bit. Just threw some stuff together and optimized it.
To remove the whip in June 2021, set the factor to 0.98, however the equity max DD will be greater than 25 %.
