EMA Bollinger Bands with customized std dev and moving average

To use EMA with band you need to set input parameter named as "TypeOfMa" to 1.
If you set TypeOfMa = 1 then it will use EMA average for Bollinger bands.
If you set TypeOfMa = 0 then it will use MA average for Bollinger bands.
If you set TypeOfMa = 1 then it will use EMA average for Bollinger bands.
If you set TypeOfMa = 0 then it will use MA average for Bollinger bands.
Open-source script
