What this indicator shows
This indicator measures how much potential movement the market still has, not direction.
It answers the question:
“Does the market still have room to move, or is it already exhausted?”
Red zone (Low potential)
Exhaustion / slowdown zone.
The market has used most of its available range.
Expect:
consolidation
pullbacks
reduced follow-through
⚠️ Red does NOT mean reversal
How to use it correctly
Use it as a filter, not a trigger
Avoid opening new trades in red zones
Reduce targets when potential is low
Combine with:
direction/bias
momentum
structure
