Receive a message for add RSI to overlay = true
I am not a fan for cross-over something so I think it is not worth to move RSI to overlay, but I just got an idea on how to implement it.
So I spent a few minutes to move my RSI-HLC to overlay.
Better watch both overlay =true and false.
