A Study on RSI and Moving Averages
Our current price action value is 200 RSI
Our moving average is 200 m/s
Our cycle base value is 1400 m/s
If we use 1400 as the pivot value,
If it stays below 200 m/s, the trend is downward.
If it stays above 200 m/s, the trend is upward.
We can consider the 200 RSI and 200 m/s crossovers as reaction movements.
The periods I use are:
5 minutes and 15 minutes for trading
1 hour and 4 hours for swing trading
