XRPM seeks to balance price exposure to XRP with recurring option income. The fund gains its exposure through exchange-traded XRP products, such as XRP futures ETFs and, when available, XRP spot ETPs. It may also use synthetic option combinations to mirror the price movements of these ETPs. Each week the fund sells short-dated call options that are typically 510% out of the money, adjusting the amount written in an effort to reach a targeted 36% annualized option premium. These premiums support the funds goal of paying monthly distributions, while the written calls cap upside once the underlying ETP reaches the strike price. The fund can use either traditional exchange-listed options or FLEX Options, and it may route part of its XRP ETP exposure through a Cayman subsidiary. Remaining assets are held in cash and US Treasuries. Premium income and distributions may vary over time, and the fund is not guaranteed to achieve its targeted premium level.
