TGT Not surprised this company is in trouble. Bringing groceries is just the bad idea. One time I paid cash for an item, the receipt machine was out of paper. When the paper roll was reloaded, my transaction disappeared. Because I paid with cash but not debit or credit or the app, there was no other way for them to show the transaction from there. Worse of all, they would not allow me to return the item and cancel the transaction even if I just paid cash for it right there. The reason I paid in cash at that time was because they just got hacked and I did not feel comfortable paying with cards or app. So, I just got the SOL from the manager. That could have been handled a little better, but nobody there stepped up to the plate. This company is going to go bust.
TGT I keep saying it, but unless Target can change their upper management and run stores right then the ship will keep on sinking . You can’t run stores right when you run a fulfillment business that can’t find most of their items that they need on the sales floor and have to try to dig through 100’s of style boxes in the back room and/or regular product because nobody can work on the floor because they constantly get pulled for other departments like fulfillment, front end, electronics, etc. ship from store is another disaster.
