Alert set for a scaled in entry with targets as per the chart.
Such a major break should result in a back-test of the trendline as support so best to scale in.

TDI Divergence, 5th Wave, ResistanceThere's a clear divergence on the TDI, which gives cred to the Elliot Wave possibly being in the 5th wave. Also, price is hitting an area of resistance. It looks like it broke through, but could be a liquidity grab.
WFC is retracing, I'm watching the 10day MA Retracing after a big run. I'll be looking to the 10 day MA for a reaction play. For the past almost two weeks it has respected it so I'd like to wait until it gets near there.
A healthy consolidation wouldn't hurt ("Puts" season)We've been at a steady growth this past month.. not saying history repeats itself but it looks like we're due for a breather. With SPY hitting all time highs, I can see us testing the 42 level mid May.

WFC and US10Y WFC is strongly correlated with US treasury yilelds. Higher the yilelds Us banks will make more revenue
WFC potential H & SH&S ish shape showing. Volume has been increasing on the moves down. I don't think it's done going lower yet. MACD and other indicators are pretty weak too.

Buying WFC 19 MAR 21 42 CALLI'd like to see price hold this current support level on the 4H.
If price moves and closes lower than $35.80, then I will be closing these contracts for a loss.
Why did I choose $42 as a profit target? Because if you zoom out on the 4H chart, you will see a price level that was created between 28 FEB and 5 MAR 2020. I believe price could reach the peak of that price level by expiration.
