MYMF is a held-to-maturity portfolio that aims to maximize income by actively investing in investment grade, USD-denominated Muni bonds with effective maturities in 2026. It is part of the SPDR SSGA MyIncome suite of target maturity bond ETFs that allow investors to build custom bond ladder portfolios. The fund is managed using a risk-aware, top-down approach combined with bottom-up security selection with each bond assessed and selected through rigorous fundamental research. It is designed to terminate and liquidate on or about December 15, 2026 and distribute remaining assets to investors. Note that the fund does not seek to distribute any predetermined amount at maturity, and the amount an investor receives may be worth more or less than the original investment. During its target maturity year, proceeds from matured securities prior to the funds liquidation date may be reinvested in cash and cash equivalents which may lead to the decrease in Muni bond holdings.
