TRFK is passively managed to invest in globally listed stocks and depositary receipts of Data and Digital Revolution companies. The fund includes firms that derive at least 50% of their revenue from the use, manipulation, transmission, or storage of data, including ancillary services that enable and/or enhance these data processes. The selection process starts with a universe of companies that meet size and liquidity criteria. Eligible companies are then screened based on descriptions of a companys business activities in regulatory filings, analyst reports, a companys website, and industry-specific trade publications. Constituents are weighted by market-cap, subject to a 10% single security capping. In addition, the aggregate weight of constituents with over 4.5% allocation is capped at 45%. The index reconstitutes and rebalances annually.
