MSFT it should be like $575 based on last earnings and Azure growth alone so it’s being manipulated/quietly accumulated by big money. Blackrock generally pulled out of AI infrastructure phase build-outs because there are no profits in building epically expensive data centers. We’re into the next phase of AI: Implementation. Microsoft’s grand opportunity is to be first with “AI as an Operating System” but that is an epically huge task. In parallel, enterprises need to completely rework their historic internal work flows to take advantage of AI. That is dauntingly expensive and challenging to do. Just like when the PC revolution started corporations had to create IT departments to keep computers optimized, we will start to see AI departments emerge to support all the radical reworking of new possibilities into useful tools which requires equally massive customization and ongoing tweaking of AI centered workflows. Kinda like what Palantir is doing for the government. So what grand opportunities does MSFT need to grab onto? Certainly functional agents, how to store work product’s data (AI can’t). Probably a new service group of experts to parachute into corporations to do the heavy lifting of managing streamline/reworking of new businesses and all the customization that implies. Like PLTR does. Does MSFT expand their cloud services at the same time? This sort of massive evolution probably isn’t terribly profitable until the dust settles enough to turn “AI as an operating system” into more canned software/services that is an attractive starting point for mainstream American companies. Like the early PC revolution, software lagged behind the rapid hardware development for a decade or so, but now its orders of magnitude more complex and corporations hate the disruption that comes with rapid change….. can AI itself help with the difficult reworking/customization itself? That’s not clear at all. Let the hard work begin!
MSFT Unbelievable this thing, what is It's issue? Nasdaq is straight up and this is straight down. This bullshit has been going on long enough, and I've still yet to see a justification for it.
