I'd like to introduce the System T, a computerized trading system that analyzed and backtested the 20 years history data of over 100 markets.
This post is my sharing of how I think about systematic trading and the signals generated by the System T.

I think that for the system to open a trade and manage risk, it only needs a buy signal & a stop-loss signal clearly on the chart.
Once the system finds a good trend, it will ride it as long as possible. The stop-loss will be adjusted accordingly to the new price movement.

Also, my system is extremely diversified through over 100 markets so that it only risks less than -1% of the total capital per trade.

Heico Corp - Fibonacci retracement analysisHEI has been on a steady uptrend since late May 2019.
On September 9th, It dropped 20%+ aggressively in 3 days. To land on the 61.8% fibonacci retracement line. (Pullback?)
It is currently breaking the 50% level with above average volume. (Bull!)

* Be careful with the FOMC meeting in 24 hours. (Wednesday September 18th at 2pm EDT). It will most likely move the markets.
Desperately needs a breatherNYSE:HEI Gonna be very difficult for HEI to push any further upward without at least a small pullback. Chart looks phenomenally strong over time, so this isn't a name I would want to short for very long. But it's nice to make money both ways, and I believe short term down is the path here. Well overbought on daily, weekly, and monthly chart. Thinly traded options, but you can get a July 19th P130 for about .60 apiece right now. May want to use the opportunity to add this name to a growth portfolio, if you have the room. Happy hunting!
May 28, 2019 HEI and its 52 Week High
HEI just broke its bullish channel’s resistance and made its new high with strong sales growth. Expect it to move back to $112 to test its new support area within several days before continuing its upward move.
