IOI Corp. Bhd. is an investment holding company. It operates through the following segments: Plantation, Resource-Based Manufacturing, and Other Operations. The Plantation segment focuses on processing and cultivation of palm oil, rubber, and coconut. The Resource-Based Manufacturing segment includes oleochemical, specialty oils and fats, palm oil refinery and kernel crushing, and processing of oil palm trunks. The company was founded by Shin Cheng Lee on October 31, 1969 and is headquartered in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
