The Packaging segment is involved in the business of manufacturing of various packaging products which includes sales and marketing of laminating polyurethane adhesives. The Property Development segment refers to the business of constructing and developing residential, commercial, and industrial properties and property management. The company was founded by Teck Meng Lim on June 25, 1968 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
