QQWZ follows an index that toggles between the holdings of the Pacer US Cash Cows 100 Index and the Nasdaq-100 Index. The index utilizes a proprietary methodology that seeks to identify the sub-index with the strongest momentum based on the equal-weighted average monthly returns of the last one, three, six, nine, and 12 months. The fund will hold the constituents of the identified sub-index until the index specifies that the other sub-index has stronger momentum. The Pacer US Cash Cows 100 Index consists of US large-cap stocks with the highest free cash flow yield, while the Nasdaq-100 Index holds 100 of the largest non-financial stocks listed on Nasdaq. The underlying index reconstitutes and rebalances on a monthly basis.
