The fund aims to maintain 100% indirect exposure to spot Bitcoin (BTC) ETFs while utilizing a covered call options overlay. Investments primarily include Canadian-listed Bitcoin ETFs from Purpose, CI Galaxy, Fidelity Advantage, Evolve, and iShares. Additionally, the fund may also invest in the US-listed iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF. To generate additional income, the fund writes covered call options on up to 50% of its portfolio, although this varies at the managers discretion. Note that this overlay caps the funds upside participation beyond the strike prices of the written calls. Premiums are distributed at least monthly. The fund does not hedge its foreign currency exposure. The fund may hold cash or money market instruments. Positions will not be actively traded or hedged against BTC price declines.
