The fund employs a socially responsible approach to broadly invest in a diversified portfolio of Canadian stocks. The fund manager uses responsible investing principles to evaluate specific sectors and/or companies to determine investable securities for sustainable investment strategies. The fund seeks to add value by selecting stocks based on fundamental, bottom-up analysis. The fund may invest in index participation units, use derivatives, and enter securities lending, repurchase and reverse repurchase transactions. The fund may also sell securities short by no more than 20% of its total NAV on a daily marked-to-market basis. The fund expects no more than 10% of its assets invested in non-Canadian securities. The actively managed fund may make certain investment decisions at their discretion.
