The fund is passively managed, blending long-term growth potential with monthly income generation. The index is market-cap weighted and holds the small-capitalization sector of the US equity market where constituents are limited to no more than 20% of the indexs weight individually. Additionally, the sum of the weights of all constituents representing more than 4.5% of the index is restricted to 48% of the total index weight. Index reconstitution occurs annually and is supplemented quarterly with IPOs. To amplify returns, the fund maintains a leverage ratio of approximately 125% through cash borrowing. The fund also employs a covered call option writing strategy, which involves writing call options on its equity holdings. RSCL aims to deliver high monthly distributions from dividend income and premiums. Note that this overlay caps the funds upside participation beyond the strike prices of the written calls.
