The fund aims for long-term capital appreciation by buying and holding stocks of Netflix (NFLX). As part of a suite that first offers yield-focused, single-stock ETFs in Canada, the funds strategy includes using leverage, covered call options and/or cash covered put options to generate monthly distributions. When deemed appropriate, the fund may write covered call options and/or cash covered put options, as well as hold cash, short-term securities and/or fixed income securities. The fund may engage in securities lending and make use of derivatives, such as options, futures contracts and forward contracts. The fund does not engage in short selling. Holdings of the constituent securities are not actively managed. The fund does not attempt to take defensive positions in declining markets. Hence, adverse financial conditions to NFLX will not result in an adjustment to the funds holdings.
