Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. engages in the provision of commercial banking services. It operates through the following segments: Corporate Commercial and Institutional Banking (CCIB), Consumer Private Business Banking (CPBB), and Central and Other Items. The CCIB segment consists of Global Subsidiaries, International Corporates, Local corporates and small and medium sized clients, Financial Institutions, and Sovereign clients. Its product and services offered include deposits and cash management, trade, advisory services, secured lending, structured financing, FX forwards, and derivatives. The CPBB segment serves priority, premium, personal, and business banking clients. The product and service offering include wealth management, deposits, secured lending mortgages, auto loans, overdrafts and unsecured lending credit cards, and personal loans. The Central and Other Items segment refers to the Treasury-Markets Asset and Liability Management, specific strategic investments, and certain central costs of the Bank such as workers welfare fund and property management unit. The company was founded on July 19, 2006 and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.
