The Property Management segment focuses on all services and activities regarding the management’s real estate portfolio. The Holding segment provides traditional corporate functions such as finance, legal, corporate communications, human resources, and information technology. The company was founded on July 28, 1999 and is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.
