The fund provides exposure to multiple digital assets. The fund does not intend to invest directly in crypto. Instead, it invests in a mix of affiliated ETFs that provide exposure to one or more digital assets, such as BTC, ETH and/or SOL. Selection is determined based on the ETFs availability and the fund manager who manages these affiliated ETFs. It utilizes a model that incorporates static exposure to digital assets within the portfolio. The fund is weighted based on a modified market-cap model. The ETF seeks to rebalances the portfolio quarterly, targeting exposure weights of 70% Bitcoin, 15% Ethereum, and 15% Solana or such other weighting as determined by the management from time to time. The actively managed ETF may also invest in cash, cash equivalents or other money market instruments.
