The fund is designed to provide exposure to companies in the global semiconductor industry. The funds underlying index is composed of large-cap stocks that derive majority of their revenues from the production and development process of semiconductors and semiconductor equipment. Eligible companies are determined using a capped market capitalization methodology, and are included after meeting certain minimum trading, liquidity, and size requirements. The index comprises 50 companies which are weighted based on market-cap, with the largest companies receiving higher index weights. Individual security capping is implemented at 10%. The index is rebalanced quarterly.
