The fund targets global dividend-paying stocks, overlaid by an options strategy. Constituents are selected through an active fundamental methodology that considers a companys ability to generate and grow free cash flow, and its efficiency at allocating capital. The fund is diversified to include firms of any market capitalization and industry. To enhance income, the adviser writes covered call options on a portion of securities held by the fund. This may vary from time to time depending on market volatility and other factors. Additionally, the fund may also write cash-covered put options on a small percentage of the portfolio to receive premium income, reduce overall portfolio volatility and/or reduce the net cost of acquiring the securities subject to put options. Non-dividend-paying companies may take up to 30% of the overall portfolio. The adviser may hedge any or all foreign currency exposure in the fund.
