If you purchase a subscription of the same level you're currently on, the unused days of your current plan will be added as extra days to a new subscription automatically.
If you decide to upgrade, we'll convert the unused period of your current plan into extra days on a new tier in accordance with the price ratio* and add them to the new subscription of a higher level. This means the renewal date will change — you'll see the new subscription length and the next renewal date before purchase.
Essential → Plus: every 2 days of Essential equals 1 day of Plus
Plus → Premium = 2 → 1
Essential → Premium = 4 → 1
Premium → Ultimate = 4 → 1
The 13th month is 30 extra days added to your subscription as a gift, extending it. The Black Friday deal doesn't offer a trial month.
Keep in mind that this free month is available for web purchases only.
Once your current subscription expires, you will be charged for your new downgraded plan, and it will go live.
Changed your mind about downgrading? No worries, you still can extend or upgrade your current plan during Black Friday.
