กำไร ไตรมาส 2 /65 ออกมา 146.75(EPS0.1679) ล้านบาท น่าจะใช้เป็นฐานของกำไรรอบใหม่ได้แล้ว เหตุผล คือ
1. ปัจจัยด้านส่วนลดราคาจากเหตุการณ์โควิทกำลังจะเริ่มหมดไป
2.ได้เริ่มมีการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ใหม่ ซึ่งจะทำให้รายได้และกำไรเพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคต
มูลค่าตลาด 19/08/2565 6,424.64 ล้านบาท ถ้าปันผล 90% ของกำไร(กฎของ REIT) อัตราปันผล 8.22% (กรณีแย่ที่สุด)
