CLO just broke descending trendline on the 4H chart and is starting to build its first higher lows. As long as price holds above the breakout zone near 0.20 to 0.24, momentum can shift fast. If buyers keep control, the next impulsive leg toward 0.35 then 0.50 and possibly 0.70 opens up.
