Bouncing off the 40-week EMA, DIS broke out of a flag, just one day before the Qtr earnings. Pending the Qtr results, this could mean the start of a new leg up.

Let's not get attached. As described originally, continuation of the breakout was dependent on DIS's quarter results. Unfortunately, they were not good, and so the stock is coming back down. On to the next A-grade setup.
