на нижней границе локального баланса произошел выброс объемов и не произошло перепозиционирование границы баланса, так же объем позиционируется как покупчный - цель первичная 1293, при отсутствии реакции на уровень 1296 и выше, уровень входа 1288-1289 и стоп 1287
