target as per the pattern should be 80 points below handle , but that seems awfully too much. Can tata steel fell that much.
i dont know. Better wait for the breakout in downward direction.

today fell a decent amount lets wait for few days. if it's indeed an inverted cup then it will fall a lot so we wont miss the opportunity if we are cautious
