Break of Structure (BOS) is when price is in a dominant trend, either uptrend or downtrend, price will respect the trend by/and breaking into new structure by breaking above or below a HH or LL.
Change of Character (CHOCH) happens when price pulls into a higher timeframe POI and has a CHOCh on a lower timeframe by disrespecting the dominant trend and creating a new cycle or trend.
