$vtho short to $0.0032

I think it will fall impulsively very soon. So I took a short here.

Target is $0.0032 but could fall a bit lower

Vtho target update..just incase we get a really strong drop. I do think it can go all the way down to 0.003025 but might not happen in one move...but it could if we get aggressive panic selling.
