SS&C Technologies Names Brian Schell As Finance Chief
SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc 
SSNC has appointed Brian Schell as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
He will report to Bill Stone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Schell will join SS&C on August 7 from Cboe Global Markets, Inc. CCBOE, where he was Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer.

Schell holds a master's degree in business administration, finance and investments from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Cboe Global Markets promoted Jill Griebenow to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, replacing Brian Schell.
Price Action: SSNC shares closed lower by 1.38% at $59.38 on Thursday.
