Grant of Share Options
Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring platform for operational leaders, announces that on 13 October 2025 it granted 781,250 options to subscribe for ordinary shares at an exercise price of 16 pence per share to Kris Shaw, Chief Financial Officer under the Group's existing EMI Options Scheme.
Mr Shaw (a PDMR) can exercise the options, which have a 36 month vesting period, if the Group:
i. is EBITDA breakeven or positive at the date of exercise; and
ii. has been EBITDA breakeven or positive on average over the six months prior to the date of exercise.
The options shall expire on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
Following this award, Mr Shaw holds outstanding options over a total of 1,614,583 ordinary shares. 833,333 options were issued on 18 June 2025 with an exercise price of 15 pence per share.
