Cigniti Technologies Announces Trading Window Closure from October 1, 2025

Cigniti Technologies has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from October 1, 2025.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This decision was made during a board meeting scheduled for Friday, October 24, 2025, where the board will consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results.

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the board meeting will consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, directly or indirectly, are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.
