The 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Engineers India Limited is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The Notice of the 60th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report for FY25 are being sent electronically to shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or Depository Participants (DPs).
