** Shares in Hellofresh HFG drop 10% in pre-market trade after the meal-kit company on Monday gave what analysts said was a "poor" 2025 outlook
** It forecast constant-currency revenue to decline by between 3% and 8% vs a 2.7% growth seen in company-compiled consensus, and AEBITDA in a range of 450-500 million euros vs an estimate of 456 million euros
** "A poor outlook for 2025, surprisingly for both top and bottom line," analysts at J.P. Morgan say in a note
** They add the sceptics will likely feel reassured that loyal customers are far from sticky, raising questions on return to revenue growth in the next 2-3 years
