Delayed publication of Q4 2024 report

Grøntvedt AS (the "Company") announces that the publication of its Q4 reportfor2024 is delayed, and the report is expected to be published not later than 28March 2025. According to the bond terms for the Company's FRN Senior Secured NOK500,000,000bond issue with ISIN NO0013107474 issued on 11 January 2024, the Q4 report for2024 should have been published not later than 28 February 2025. The Company aims to finalize the Q4 report for 2024 as soon as possible.
