Basil Sgourdos retires as CFO of Prosus and Naspers

Basil Sgourdos retired as Group Chief Financial Officer of technology investors Naspers NPN and Prosus PRX, effective Nov. 30, and Nico Marais will assume the role of interim CFO, the companies said on Monday.

"The process to finalise the role of the Group Chief Financial Officer has begun and the market will be advised of this decision in due course," the companies said in a statement.
