Transactions carried out under the share buy-back program for KONGSBERG related to the employee share program

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has today transferred a total of 221 own shares to twoemployees. The transfers are related to the employee share program announcedonJune 16, 2025. The transfers will be made at the same rate as announced on thedate.

Following this transaction, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA owns 16,867 treasury shares,corresponding to 0.002 % of Kongsberg Gruppen's total share capital.
