Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 4 September 2025 it purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 792.8547 pence per share:

Highest purchase price paid per share:

795.4000p

Lowest purchase price paid per share:

778.4000p

Following the above transaction, the Company has 877,147,958 ordinary shares in issue and holds 5,233,960 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 871,913,998 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
