ININ Group share buyback program status

14 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from 16December 2022 announcing a share buyback program for ININ Group AS (theCompany).

Between 8 October 2025 and 10 October 2025, Pareto Securities AS has bought 4900 shares on behalf of the Company at an average price of NOK 2,21 and atotalvalue of NOK 10 825,44.

Additional information regarding the buyback program: The program consists ofshare purchases up to NOK 6 million and may be ended at the company'sdiscretionprior to fulfilment. The shares are purchased in accordance with theauthorization granted at the company's annual general meeting on 13 May 2024.
