Urals diffs unchanged, loading plans revision awaited
Urals crude differentials to dated Brent held steady on Wednesday, while traders awaited changes in the grade's export plans for September as Russian ports and refineries continue repairs after recent Ukrainian drone attacks.
Oil loadings from Baltic Primorsk port continued after the attacks, but were delayed by several days, traders said, while some volumes could be diverted to other ports.
Kazakhstan resumed oil supplies via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline on September 13, state energy company Kazmunaygaz 442AC said on Wednesday.

Poland has urged European Union member states that are still buying Russian energy to end those imports by the end of 2026 and will offer them help towards achieving that goal, Energy Minister Milosz Motyka said on Wednesday.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Wednesday that Moscow was ready to deepen discussions with the U.S. on energy cooperation, including on the Sakhalin 1 project, RIA reported.
