Lithium Americas in discussion with US DoE and General Motors for Thacker Pass mine

Lithium Americas LAC said on Wednesday it is in discussions with the U.S. Department of Energy and General Motors GM to renegotiate the terms of the company's $2.26 billion loan for its Thacker Pass lithium project.
