Aggregated volume for cryptos using spot and perpetual contracts but only those that are based on normal volume and not on tick volume.

Added ability to override the ticker of the current chart when ticker isn't recognized:Example:
When using the CRYPTO indexes of tradingview, sometimes the name of the crypto is different from what the other plateforms use, therefore no volume is displayed. By writing the correct ticker in the option it now works and displays the aggregated volume.
