The original relied on IntoTheBlock's MVRV feed, which stopped updating on August 15, 2025 and was marked as discontinued by TradingView — the indicator froze. This version fixes that with a multi-source data cascade and adds self-diagnostics.
WHAT IT SHOWS
Realized Price is the average price at which each coin last moved on-chain — the market's aggregate on-chain cost basis. When spot price falls below realized price, the average holder is underwater; historically this marks capitulation zones and potential cycle bottoms. Multiples above it mark overheated zones.
Realized Price = Realized Cap / Circulating Supply
DATA SOURCES (NEW)
Realized Cap, by priority: Custom symbol → CoinMetrics RealCap (direct) → Custom MVRV → IntoTheBlock MVRV (derived as Market Cap / MVRV).
Circulating Supply: Custom → Glassnode → IntoTheBlock → Market Cap / Price (unbreakable fallback).
A source is considered dead if it hasn't updated for N days (default 7, configurable) — the script automatically switches to the next live one. You can also force a specific source or plug in your own symbols.
DIAGNOSTICS (NEW)
An on-chart table shows every feed's status (live / lagging / dead), its last value, date and age in days; the source currently in use is marked with ►. If all Realized Cap sources go silent, the table shows FROZEN and a "data stale" alert fires — instead of silently plotting a frozen line.

A traditional cloud shows only price geometry; two identical-looking clouds can hide wildly different conviction. Once a bar closes, every Tenkan/Kijun/Span value is fixed and never redrawn. Hints and cross circles are all confirmed on bar close, so a printed mark cannot later disappear. The forward cloud is built only from closed bars, so it is fixed the moment it appears. Like all Ichimoku tools, values on the CURRENT, still-forming bar update in real time until that bar closes — this is inherent to the framework, not hidden repainting, and it is documented directly in the code comments.

OVERVIEW
Projected Volume replaces the standard volume study with a live, forward-looking
estimate of where the current bar's volume is likely to finish. Volume is only
known with certainty once a bar closes, which makes it hard to judge in real time
whether the bar in progress is trading heavy or light. This indicator solves that
by drawing the volume already traded as a solid column and projecting the
remaining, not-yet-traded volume as a hollow cap on top — so the anticipated
final volume of the developing bar is visible at a glance. The projection is
rebuilt on every update of the live bar and adapts to your chart timeframe and to
the data your subscription can access.
WHAT IT PLOTS
• Directional volume columns on every bar — green when close ≥ open, red when
close < open (the standard volume read you already use).
• On the current, unfinished bar only:
– a solid column for the volume traded so far;
– a hollow outline extending from the top of the solid column up to the
projected final volume;
– an optional label with the projected total and the percent of the period
elapsed.
As the bar fills in, the solid portion grows and the hollow cap shrinks toward
zero. At the close, projected equals actual.
HOW THE PROJECTION WORKS
The indicator uses two methods and selects between them automatically based on
whether sub-bar (intrabar) data is available.
1) Intraperiod volume profile — primary method
For each of the last N completed bars, the script requests lower-timeframe
volume and measures how volume accumulates through the period: what fraction of
the period's total volume is typically complete by the end of each time-slice —
the classic "how much of the day's volume is usually done by the first hour, the
second hour…" shape. That cumulative curve is averaged across the lookback window
to form a typical accumulation profile.
For the developing bar the script determines how far through the period it has
progressed, reads the typical cumulative fraction f at that point, and estimates:
projected total = volume so far ÷ f
Because the profile captures the real intraperiod shape — the U-shaped session
volume common in equities, or the flatter distribution of 24/7 crypto — the
estimate reflects typical behavior rather than assuming volume arrives at a
constant rate.
2) Average-of-increment — base-resolution fallback
When the chart is already at the lowest interval your data plan provides (for
example a 1-minute chart on a plan without seconds data), there is no sub-bar to
sample and the profile method does not apply. In that case the script projects:
projected total = volume so far + (1 − elapsed) × average volume of last N bars
This equals a typical bar early in the period, tracks the realized volume as the
bar fills, always sits at or above the volume already traded, and converges to
the actual figure at the close. It requires no lower-timeframe data and cannot
error. Elapsed time is measured from the clock, so no sub-bar feed is needed.
Automatic method selection
The script detects whether a usable lower timeframe exists that your plan can
serve. If so, it uses the profile method — and floors sub-sampling at one minute,
so 5m / 15m / 1h charts still build a genuine profile from 1-minute intrabars. If
not, it uses the average-of-increment fallback. The active method is shown in the
on-chart label, where a "· avg" suffix denotes fallback mode.
SETTINGS
• Intraperiod slices (12 / 24 / 48) — number of time-slices used to model the
accumulation curve within each period. 24 is roughly hourly on a daily chart.
• Lookback periods — number of completed bars averaged for the profile and the
fallback average (default 30).
• Auto sub-period timeframe — when on, the script chooses the intrabar sampling
resolution automatically. Turn off to set it manually.
• Manual sub-period timeframe — used when Auto is off; must be lower than the
chart timeframe.
• Allow seconds sub-sampling — off by default. Enable only if your plan provides
seconds data; when off, the script never requests sub-minute data and therefore
cannot error on a 1-minute chart.
• Min % elapsed before projecting — suppresses unstable projections in the
opening moments of a new bar.
• Up / Down volume colors and a toggle for the projection label.
READING THE LABEL
The label reads, for example, "Proj 1.2M (35% elapsed)" — the projected final
volume and how far the current period has progressed. A "· avg" suffix indicates
the average-of-increment fallback is active because intrabar data is unavailable
at that resolution.
BEHAVIOR, NOTES & LIMITATIONS
• Real-time by design. The projection exists only on the current, unfinished bar
and recalculates as that bar develops. Historical bars display actual traded
volume only — the indicator does not restate closed bars, but the live estimate
moves tick to tick as new volume arrives. This is expected behavior for a
forward projection, not hidden repainting.
• It is an estimate, not a guarantee. Accuracy is lowest in the first fraction of
a new bar and improves as the bar fills; the "Min % elapsed" input guards the
earliest, noisiest moments.
• The profile method depends on intrabar data availability, which varies by
symbol and subscription. Where it is unavailable, the indicator degrades
gracefully to the average-based method.
• Works across asset classes and timeframes. Because elapsed progress is measured
from intrabar count where available (and otherwise from the clock), it adapts to
both continuous (crypto) and session-based (equities/futures) markets.
• Volume reflects the data feed of the chart's symbol; index or aggregated tickers
may report volume differently from a single exchange.
CONCEPT
The tool pairs a standard directional volume histogram with an
intraperiod-accumulation model and presents the realized-versus-projected split
visually as a filled column plus a hollow cap. The aim is a single, glanceable
read on whether the bar in progress is on pace to finish heavy or light relative

Volume Flow MatrixVolume Flow Matrix is a relative volume histogram that helps identify how strong or weak current market participation is compared to recent volume activity.
The indicator measures current volume against a fixed 300-bar volume baseline. Instead of showing raw volume only, it converts volume into a relative reading. This makes it easier to see whether the current candle is trading below average volume, around normal activity, with increased participation, or at an unusually high volume level.
On historical candles, the calculation uses completed candle volume. On the live candle, the indicator uses realtime volume projection. This means the current candle’s volume is estimated based on how much time has passed in the candle. As a result, the histogram can react during the candle instead of only after the candle closes.

Dry Volume shows candles with weak participation. These bars appear when relative volume is below 0.75. Dry volume can be useful for spotting quiet market phases, low-interest candles, or areas where price is moving without strong volume support.
Default Volume represents normal volume conditions. These candles do not meet the requirements for dry, directional, or extreme volume. Default volume helps separate ordinary market activity from more important volume events.
Bull Volume appears when relative volume is elevated and the candle also shows bullish pressure. For a candle to qualify as Bull Volume, relative volume must be at least 1.55, the candle must close above its open, and the close must be positioned in the upper part of the candle range. This can help highlight candles where stronger participation supports upward pressure.
Bear Volume appears when relative volume is elevated and the candle shows bearish pressure. For a candle to qualify as Bear Volume, relative volume must be at least 1.55, the candle must close below its open, and the close must be positioned in the lower part of the candle range. This can help highlight candles where stronger participation supports downward pressure.
Extreme Volume marks unusually high relative volume at or above 2.30. These candles show that volume is significantly above the recent baseline. Extreme Volume does not automatically mean bullish or bearish continuation. It should be read together with price location, candle structure, support and resistance, liquidity zones, or the broader market context.
Each candle is assigned to only one volume condition. The script checks the conditions in a fixed order so the histogram remains clean and does not stack multiple volume types on the same bar.
How to use it:
Use Dry Volume to identify low-participation areas where price movement may be less reliable.
Use Bull Volume and Bear Volume to confirm whether directional candles are supported by stronger participation.
Use Extreme Volume to mark important high-activity candles that may appear near breakouts, liquidity grabs, absorption areas, reversals, or strong continuation moves.
Use Default Volume as the neutral background state between low-volume and high-volume conditions.
Volume Flow Matrix does not provide trade entries or exits by itself. It is designed to support analysis by making volume behavior easier to read. The strongest use case is combining it with price action, market structure, key levels, liquidity, trend context, or any existing trading plan.

Most Bitcoin power-law channels draw bands of a fixed width around a long-term trendline. This one is different: the channel width is not constant. It starts wide and compresses exponentially as Bitcoin matures, modeling the idea that long-term volatility around the trend tends to shrink over time. That decaying width is the core idea of this indicator.
Why a compressing channel
A standard power-law channel assumes the spread between its upper and lower bounds stays the same across Bitcoin's entire history. In practice, an asset's relative volatility tends to fall as it grows larger and more liquid. This indicator captures that by letting the channel narrow over time toward a configurable floor, so the bounds reflect a maturing market rather than a permanently fixed range.
How it works
The model assumes log(price) scales linearly with log(days since the genesis block), producing a fair-value trendline: logFair = intercept + slope * log10(days). A lower bound is offset below that line, and the upper bound is placed above the lower bound at a distance set by the channel width.
The width itself is the original part: width = minWidth + startWidth * exp(-decaySpeed * yearsSinceGenesis). Early in Bitcoin's history the exponential term is large and the channel is wide. As years pass, that term shrinks toward zero and the width converges to a minimum floor (minWidth). The result is a channel whose envelope tightens over time instead of staying fixed.
What it plots
Three lines in price space (upper, middle, lower) with a shaded fill between the upper and lower bounds. Optionally, a 200 SMA of the current timeframe and a 200 SMA from the weekly timeframe, each toggleable. The weekly SMA is requested from a higher timeframe with lookahead disabled, so it does not repaint using future data. A normalized "Decay Channel Oscillator" is exposed in the Data Window, showing where the current close sits within the channel on a 0 to 1 scale (0 = lower bound, 1 = upper bound).
Inputs
Every model parameter is adjustable: the genesis date, the power-law intercept and slope, the lower offset, the initial and minimum channel widths, and the decay speed that controls how fast the channel compresses. Colors for each line, the fill, and both SMAs are configurable.
How to use it
Apply it to a Bitcoin chart on a longer timeframe such as Daily or Weekly, where a power-law model is most meaningful. The middle line is the model's central estimate; the upper and lower lines describe the expected long-term range, narrowing as time goes on. The Data Window oscillator lets you read how stretched price is within the channel numerically.
Parameters and calibration
The default intercept and slope are starting values that approximate Bitcoin's historical power-law fit. They are not fixed truths. You should re-evaluate them and adjust them, along with the offset, widths, and decay speed, to suit your own analysis and the data range you are studying. Different calibrations will move the channel and change how aggressively it compresses.
Limitations and cautions
This is a model, not a prediction. The power-law relationship is an empirical observation that may break down at any time, and the decay parameters are assumptions, not facts. The compressing width is a hypothesis about volatility maturing over time; it may not hold. This indicator is built for Bitcoin and is not intended for other assets. Nothing here forecasts future prices, and the past behavior of the channel does not guarantee anything about how price will behave going forward.

The Measure setting controls how OI values are expressed. In Coins mode, values are kept in their native unit, which may be more useful when you want to observe raw contract volume independent of price fluctuations. In Dollars mode, coin quantities are multiplied by the current bar price to convert values into USD, which is the standard way most traders and data providers report OI and tends to make cross-asset comparisons more intuitive. For exchanges that report natively in USD, the conversion is handled in reverse when Coins mode is active.

You can also add the indicator to your layout multiple times with a different single exchange selected each time, letting you compare individual exchange OI side by side on the same chart.

Reading OI in isolation is only part of the picture. More meaningful analysis tends to come from combining OI direction with price action and, where available, volume data, along with other trend-following or mean-reversion indicators.
Examples:
1. Price Up + OI Up: New capital is likely entering on the long side. This could indicate bullish trend continuation, with fresh positioning supporting the move rather than just short covering. The stronger the OI growth relative to price movement, the higher the probability that the trend has genuine participation behind it.
2. Price Down + OI Up: New shorts are probably being added aggressively. Bearish momentum may be building through fresh positioning, which tends to be a more sustained signal than a move driven purely by long liquidations.
3. Price Down + OI Down: Longs are likely closing or being liquidated. The selling pressure in this scenario is coming from position unwinds rather than new short entries, which could sometimes suggest exhaustion near a local low rather than fresh trend initiation.
4. Price Up + OI Down: Shorts are probably closing or being squeezed out. This is the likely mechanics of a short squeeze: buyers overwhelm sellers, underwater shorts cover, and the resulting buy pressure may accelerate the move higher. This pattern tends to produce some of the fastest and sharpest price moves seen in crypto perpetual markets.
It is worth noting that for every short there is a long. When OI increases during a downtrend, it does not necessarily mean only shorts are entering. Longs are participating too, often more passively through limit orders. Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) can help distinguish which side is more likely driving the flow, since it measures aggressive buying versus aggressive selling pressure within each bar.

The script reads USDT and USDC market-cap sources, optionally includes DAI, compares stablecoin flow against broader crypto market-cap context, and converts those inputs into liquidity pulse states.
It produces a right-side liquidity pulse ribbon, pulse tracks, selective event labels, optional compact markers, and an AG Pro dashboard panel. It does not predict price, automate trades, or claim that stablecoin growth must immediately create a bullish market.

Stablecoins are one of the most important liquidity layers in crypto.
When stablecoin supply expands, capital may be entering or preparing to rotate. When stablecoin dominance rises while price weakens, capital may be parking defensively. When stablecoin flow contracts, risk liquidity can become thinner.
This script was built to turn that macro liquidity layer into a practical chart-reading tool without pretending that liquidity alone is a complete trading system.

The right-side pulse ribbon is the main visual object.
The center ribbon shows the active liquidity pulse state.
The upper ribbon tracks stablecoin flow and expansion pressure.

The vertical needle shows where the current pulse sits inside the active liquidity range.
Event labels identify important state changes such as Liquidity Inflow, Risk-Off Parking, Dry Liquidity, or Rotation Ready.
